Most people come for the cove. Sixteen feet high and twenty-five feet wide, coved at three corners, so there is no line anywhere in frame and light simply falls away into nothing. It is the reason a shot looks like it was made in a studio rather than in a room.
Above it runs a skylight the full length of the ceiling, which means you can shoot all day on daylight alone and never touch a strobe. When you want the opposite, the floor blacks out and you build the light yourself off the ceiling grid.
You get the floor exclusively. No shared slots, no other production waiting in the lounge, no negotiating for the corner you were standing in.
